We are in the processing of buying air tickets. Since there are 50 international and 35 national air tickets, it is taking longer than we supposed.
Other issue is that we have negotiate with a hotel nearby and a block of rooms has been reserved. The only inconvenience is that we will have to accommodate two people per room.
The organization will pay the hotel and later we will get reimbursed from one´s financial support.
The hotel is a walkway from the University of São Paulo and its website is http://go-inn-jaguare.
The selected students SHOULD NOT contact the hotel for booking purposes, because we will do it. Otherwise we will not be responsible for one´s booking and we will loose track of the booking process.
We encourage those that will not have financial support and have been selected to contact directly the hotel and to use the following promotional reservation code: POLI/USP to take advantage of a low fare.
