AHDA PIONKOSKI GRILO PAVANI

Received the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Campinas, Campinas, Brazil, in 2008. She was a visiting scholar at the University of Alberta, Edmonton, Canada, in 2013. Currently, she is an Associate Professor at the Federal University of ABC - UFABC, Santo André, Brazil.
Her teaching experience at undergraduate and graduate levels include Renewable Energy, Wind Power, Electrical Machines, Power Systems Analysis, and Distributed Generation. She has interest in grid integration of wind generation, power system stability with high wind power penetration, and smart grids. She has developed research projects funded by Brazilian official agencies and she has supervised over 10 graduate students.
